타치카와의 사카미치 펍에서도 많은 사랑을 받았던 칠서울 Double IPA를 기반으로,

서로의 개성을 담은 8가지 홉이 믹스된 새로운 레시피를 완성했습니다.

밀과 귀리에서 오는 풍부한 바디감과 은은한 달콤함이 슬로베니아 Aurora와

독일 Herkules 홉의 허브와 소나무 향과 어우러지며 균형을 잡아줍니다.

여기에 트리플 드라이호핑한 El Dorado, Chinook, Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin 홉의

열대 과일과 시트러스, 백포도의 향이 부드럽고 생동감 있는 그루브로 마무리됩니다.

SAXOFUNK is a Hazy Double IPA

created in collaboration with Sakamichi Brewing, a partner we always love working with.

Based on the Chill Seoul Double IPA, which was well-loved at Sakamichi Pub in Tachikawa,

we developed a new recipe featuring a blend of eight distinctive hops that reflect both of our personalities.

The rich body and subtle sweetness from wheat and oats are balanced with

the herbal and pine aromas of Slovenian Aurora and German Herkules hops.

Triple dry-hopped with El Dorado, Chinook, Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin,

the beer finishes with a smooth, lively groove of tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape notes.
