제주 청귤과 귤을 아낌없이 사용해 막 껍질을 벗긴 감귤의 싱그러운 향과 자연스러운 달콤함을 그대로 담아낸 맥주입니다.

첫 모금에서는 효모가 만들어내는 산뜻한 산미가 입안을 깨우고, 이어 청귤과 귤의 상큼한 풍미가 선명하게 퍼집니다.

뒤이어 홉이 전하는 감귤류의 시트러스 아로마에 복숭아와 망고의 쥬시한 향이 더해지며,

가볍지만 깊이 있는 밝고 경쾌한 사워 IPA의 매력을 완성했습니다.

Holymori is a Sour IPA crafted in collaboration between Seoul Brewery and Teenage Brewing,

capturing the essence of Jeju’s winter.

Generous amounts of Jeju green tangerines and mandarins are used to preserve

the fresh aroma and natural sweetness of freshly peeled citrus.

The first sip awakens the palate with a bright, refreshing acidity created by the yeast,

followed by vivid flavors of green tangerine and mandarin.

Citrus-forward hop aromas unfold next, layered with juicy notes of peach and mango,

completing a light yet expressive Sour IPA with a lively, cheerful character.
