Midnight Espresso는 깊은 밤의 에스프레소에서 영감을 받은 고도수 임페리얼 스타우트입니다.

풍부한 로스팅 몰트에서 오는 다크 초콜릿, 카카오, 토스트한 곡물의 풍미 위에 

다크 로스트 커피를 더해 진한 에스프레소 향과 크레마 같은 질감을 표현했습니다. 


화이트 오크칩 숙성을 통해 바닐라, 은은한 우디함과 함께 구조감을 더했으며, 과하지 않은 타닌감이 맥주의 중심을 잡아줍니다. 

메이플 시럽을 사용해 자연스러운 단맛과 부드러운 질감을 부여했으며, 로스팅 풍미와 조화를 이루도록 절제해 사용했습니다. 

10%의 높은 도수임에도 불구하고 알코올의 자극은 절제되어 있으며, 묵직하지만 깔끔한 마무리로 균형감을 추구했습니다. 

커피, 오크, 몰트가 자연스럽게 어우러진 깊고 차분한 임페리얼 스타우트입니다.



Midnight Espresso is a high-ABV Imperial Stout inspired by a deep midnight espresso. 

Rich roasted malt flavors of dark chocolate, cacao, and toasted grains are layered with dark-roast coffee, 

expressing an intense espresso aroma and a crema-like mouthfeel. 


White oak chip aging adds structure along with notes of vanilla and subtle wood, 

while restrained tannins provide balance and focus.

A small addition of maple syrup contributes a natural sweetness and smooth texture, 

carefully moderated to harmonize with the roasted character. Despite its elevated 10% ABV, 

alcohol heat remains well controlled, resulting in a bold yet clean finish. 

Coffee, oak, and malt come together in a deep, composed, and well-balanced Imperial Stout.
