마리스 오터(Maris Otter) 몰트를 베이스로 사용해 고소한 비스킷의 풍미를 살렸으며,

소량의 카라멜 몰트를 더해 전체적인 밸런스를 정교하게 잡았습니다.

이스트 켄트 골딩(East Kent Goldings) 홉 특유의 클래식한 꽃향과 차(Tea)의 뉘앙스를 중심으로,

모투에카(Motueka)와 센테니얼(Centennial) 홉을 더해 은은한 시트러스와 산뜻한 인상을 입혔습니다.

특히 오픈 퍼멘팅(Open Fermenting) 방식을 채택해 효모의 섬세한 에스테르를 자연스럽게 끌어내고,

질감은 한층 부드럽게 완성했습니다. 화려하기보다 편안하게, 일상처럼 오래 곁에 두고 마실 수 있는 맥주입니다.

A Day of Seoul is a Modern Bitter born from a collaboration between SEOUL BREWERY and ILLANG BREING.

Using Maris Otter malt as its base, it delivers a rich, toasted biscuit flavor,

while a touch of Caramel malt ensures a perfectly refined balance.

The profile is centered around the classic floral and tea-like notes of East Kent Goldings hops,

layered with subtle citrus and refreshing accents from Motueka and Centennial hops.

By employing an open fermenting process, we have naturally drawn out

delicate yeast esters, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and comfortable mouthfeel.

Rather than being flashy, this is a beer designed to be savored slowly—a reliable companion for your everyday life.
