this brew features the funk of Brettanomyces bruxellensis alongside notes of citrus and a whisper of hay,
all resting on a bone-dry body with a crisp finish.
The distinct character of the Brett slowly unfolds over the esters derived from Saison yeast.
Despite its light strength, it leaves a bold and lingering presence on the palate.
