양조의 시작인 보일링 단계부터 티를 함께 끓여내어 각 재료에서 오는 깊은 베이스 향을 구축하고,

드라이 호핑 단계에서 과일 퓨레와 차를 추가 투입하여 화려한 향과 과일의 달콤한 풍미를 강화하였습니다.

Stepping Stone Brewery—a bridge for local values—and Seoul Brewery have come together.

This three-way collaboration has given birth to a Fruit Tea IPA that captures

the vibrant floral notes and sweet fruit flavors of A.C. Perch’s "Seoul Blend Edition."

The brewing process begins with the tea being boiled from the very first stage to build a deep, aromatic base.

During the dry-hopping phase, fruit purée and additional tea are infused to amplify the brilliant fragrance and luscious fruit sweetness.

With the refreshing floral and fruit scents of elderflower and red berries,

this special brew offers the delicate experience of enjoying a cup of tea while maintaining the bold, powerful character of an IPA.
