부산을 대표하는 제철 식재료인 대저 짭짤이 토마토를 사용해 재료 본연의 캐릭터를 자연스럽게 담아낸 맥주입니다.

토마토가 덜 익었을 때 느껴지는 특유의 은은한 짭짤함과 풋풋한 채소감,

그리고 완전히 익었을 때 뿜어져 나오는 강렬한 토마토 고유의 향과 맛을 한 잔에 조화롭게 녹여냈습니다.

풍부한 토마토 향 위로 올리브의 은은한 짭짤함과 딜의 싱그러운 허브 향,

그리고 전체적인 풍미를 가볍게 끌어올리는 핑크페퍼의 산뜻한 산미가 레이어링되며 마치 차갑게 즐기는 한 접시의 근사한 여름 요리를 연상시키는 사워 에일입니다.
