서울브루어리는 이번에 일본 시즈오카현의 지역 역사와 문화적 유산을 양조 철학에 녹여내고,

독창적인 스타일과 혁신적인 시도를 통해 오랜 전통을 지닌 Hansharo와 함께

𝘾𝙃𝘼 𝘾𝙃𝘼 𝙎𝙊𝙐𝙇 : 𝙃𝙊𝙅𝙄𝘾𝙃𝘼 𝙈𝙄𝙇𝙆𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙆𝙀 𝙄𝙋𝘼를 함께 만들었습니다.

영국산 몰트와 홉을 기반으로 한 IPA 스타일에 한국의 금강밀과 일본 호지차를 더해

동양적인 밀크티 감성을 표현한 맥주입니다. 여기에 유당과 바닐라를 더해

마치 밀크쉐이크를 떠올리게 하는 부드럽고 달콤한 풍미를 완성했습니다.

차차소울만의 개성을 놓치지 않기 위해 영국 홉으로 한 번 더 드라이호핑하여

호지차 특유의 고소한 향미와 조화를 이루는 특별한 IPA로 마무리했습니다.

Seoul Brewery has collaborated with Hansharo, a brewery with a rich heritage in Shizuoka

Prefecture, Japan, to create 𝘾𝙃𝘼 𝘾𝙃𝘼 𝙎𝙊𝙐𝙇: 𝙃𝙊𝙅𝙄𝘾𝙃𝘼 𝙈𝙄𝙇𝙆𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙆𝙀 𝙄𝙋𝘼,

blending local history and cultural legacy into our brewing philosophy,

and pushing the boundaries through an original and innovative approach.

This beer is based on an IPA style crafted with premium British malts and hops,

enriched with Korean Geumgang wheat and Japanese Hojicha to bring out an oriental milk tea character.

Lactose and vanilla are added to create a creamy, sweet flavor reminiscent of a milkshake.

To preserve the distinct personality of CHA CHA SOUL, we performed an

additional dry-hopping with British hops, resulting in a unique IPA

where the roasted aroma of Hojicha harmonizes beautifully with the hops' character.
